Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Return:

Wigs must remain unworn and unaltered.
The lace of the wig must not be cut.

Notification Process:

Please contact us via WhatsApp immediately upon receiving your item if you are dissatisfied and wish to initiate a return.

Return Timeframe:

Items must be returned within 3 days to qualify for a refund.

Logistics Responsibility:

Hair Rite 9ja will not cover the cost of logistics associated with returning items.
